1. Tour Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or a required deposit (depending on the selected tour package). Payments are accepted via the methods listed on our website or communicated during the booking process.
2. Cancellation by Customer
We understand that travel plans may change. Our refund terms are as follows:
Full Refund
You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel:

At least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.
Partial Refund
You are eligible for a 50% refund if you cancel:

Between 24–48 hours before the tour.
No Refund
No refund will be issued if you cancel:

Within 24 hours of the tour start time

After the tour has started

Failure to show up at the meeting point (no-show)
3. Cancellation by Suna Bali Tour & Transport
If we must cancel a tour due to bad weather, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule to another available date
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment method and your bank’s processing time.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:

Entrance tickets purchased in advance

Third-party activity vouchers

Fees for custom itineraries (if applicable)
6. Changes to Your Booking
Changes to your tour date or package are allowed subject to availability.
To request changes, please contact us as early as possible.
